In early 2024, I was in Sanam's kitchen making macarons. These two episodes were broadcast on One Thing In A French Day and were recorded on the spot: we speak naturally, you'll hear the sounds of the kitchen and almost feel the smell coming from the oven.
Above all, it's an opportunity to hear the culinary vocabulary of macarons, and to discover the slightly different language of cooking, with its short phrases often describing actions.

🇫🇷 Début 2024, j'étais dans la cuisine de Sanam pour confectionner des macarons. Ce sont deux épisodes qui ont été diffusés sur One Thing In A French Day et qui ont été enregistrés sur le vif : nous parlons naturellement, vous entendrez les bruits de la cuisine et vous sentirez presque l'odeur s'échapper du four.
C'est surtout l'occasion d'entendre le vocabulaire culinaire des macarons, de découvrir le langage un peu différent de la cuisine avec ses petites phrases courtes qui décrivent souvent des actions.
